About Property

Experience the ultimate group getaway at Cloud Nine Estate, a thoughtfully designed luxury retreat nestled within the Blue Mountain Lake community of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Spanning 5,600 square feet of Pocono indulgence, this home was built for togetherness, providing an extraordinary reason for your favorite people to gather.

Designed for maximum comfort and entertainment, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are carefully considered: a primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, walk-in shower, and soaking tub; three bedrooms with queen beds; and a fourth bedroom featuring two full beds. Additional flexibility is provided by a sleeper sofa and a queen air mattress in the living room and finished basement. Every bedroom is equipped with its own Google Smart TV.

Inside, the great room centers around an electric fireplace and smart TV with oversized seating. The fully equipped kitchen serves as the home's anchor, boasting a gas cooktop, dual ovens, a massive island with bar stools, and a dual coffee machine. The lower level is where the estate truly earns its name, featuring a private movie theater with tiered reclining leather seats, dual screens, and a popcorn machine. The adjacent game room is a paradise of entertainment with pool, ping pong, air hockey, multicade arcade cabinets, an oversized Connect 4, and a kids' ball pit. Younger guests will love the Super Mario-themed playroom with a slide, while adults can retreat to the dedicated poker room with its own dry bar.

The outdoor living space is equally impressive, featuring a private hot tub that seats seven beneath string lights, a barrel sauna for six, and a gas fire pit with fire tower heaters.

Located in the Blue Mountain Lake community, registered guests enjoy seasonal access to two pools, a natural lake for catch-and-release fishing, tennis courts, and walking trails. Local attractions are just minutes away, including Skylanes Bowling Center, downtown Stroudsburg's Main Street, and world-class destinations like Camelback and Shawnee Mountain ski resorts, Kalahari Resort, and Bushkill Falls.
