To ensure a smooth and sustainable stay, please be mindful of the following practical guidelines. Water is heated automatically via solar power; we kindly ask that you refrain from using the electric heaters on sunny days to conserve energy. Please note that electricity consumption is limited to 20 Kwh per day, which is generally sufficient for most guests. Any consumption exceeding this limit will be charged at a rate of $1 per kwh. Additionally, when utilizing the kitchen, please remember to check that the gas tank is open before using the stove.

For the comfort of all residents, we maintain strict house rules. Smoking, events, parties, and professional or commercial photography are strictly prohibited. A penalty fee of $1,000 will be applied if these rules are broken. In accordance with Lebanese law, all guests are required to provide a valid ID upon booking confirmation. Pets are not permitted at this property.
