The apartment is designed for relaxation and group gatherings, accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature three double bedrooms, each serving as a private sanctuary with its own dedicated bathroom (comprising a shower, basin, and toilet) and a television. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the third includes both a double bed and a single sofa bed. For additional flexibility, the living area is equipped with a double sofa bed. Every bedroom enjoys direct access to the balcony, which wraps around the first floor and provides a wonderful view of the surrounding farms, open fields, and majestic mountains.

Inside, the home blends modern convenience with rustic charm. Guests can enjoy a spacious living and dining room with satellite TV, a cosy dining area, and a modern kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and ceramic cooker. After a day of exploration, unwind in the private infrared sauna or relax in the comfortable living spaces.

Practical Information: Check-in is available between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Additional costs include a final cleaning fee of € 150.00 per group stay, bed linen at € 15.00 per person per stay, and a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night.
