The area is renowned for its clear, calm waters, making it ideal for families and first-time snorkelers. Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that all guests must complete an online check-in form (including a valid government photo ID and selfie) and sign the rental agreement before check-in instructions are released. Failure to do so may result in denied access without a refund.

House Rules:

• No smoking (Violation results in a $200 USD Smoke Remediation Fee)
• No parties or loud music
• No early check-in or late check-out
• Pets are allowed on the property but are strictly prohibited in or around the pool area
• Energy conservation: Keep balcony doors closed when the AC is on and turn off the AC when leaving the property.
