Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs not agreed upon in advance incur a 100€ charge per hour. Guests must self-register via the Chekin platform and pay the mandatory tourist tax of 9.50€ per guest (over 17) per night (up to 7 nights), which is not included in the reservation. Passports or IDs are required by law.

House Rules:

• Quiet hours are strictly observed between 10 PM and 9 AM
• Parties, drugs, and loud noise are forbidden (penalty of 400€ and possible eviction)
• No smoking in interior areas (100€ fine plus cleaning fees)
• Lost keys incur a 100€ charge per key
• Please remain respectful in common areas including hallways and elevators
