Light snowfall below this threshold may not be plowed immediately. Guests may be required to shovel walkways, steps, and access areas during lighter snowfall. Salt/shovels are provided for guest use. Refunds are not provided due to snow conditions, delayed plowing, or guest shoveling requirements. Road conditions, travel delays, and weather-related access issues are outside of our control. By booking during winter months, guests acknowledge and accept these conditions.
