Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, the cabin features a generous layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, complemented by 3 full bathrooms to ensure plenty of room for the entire family.

Inside, the home is built for comfort and fun. The dedicated game room is a highlight, featuring a slate pool table, foosball, a dart board, and a mini fridge. Guests can sink into powered bean bag chairs that massage the seat and back for total soothing. The large, well-equipped kitchen includes a central island with seating for 12, and a comprehensive coffee station featuring a French press, Keurig, and drip machines with complimentary supplies. For entertainment, there are three Roku TVs and a variety of board games and books throughout the home.

The outdoor living spaces are designed for year-round enjoyment, including spacious covered and open-air decks and a screened-in porch perfect for watching local wildlife. • Parking: Maximum of 5 cars; all vehicles must be registered with the community prior to arrival
• Pets: House-trained dogs only (max 2), must be over 1 year old. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Disclosure and pet fees are required at booking
• House Rules: No parties or smoking of any type inside the house. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am
• Requirements: A signed rental agreement, security deposit hold, and identity verification are mandatory
• Security: Exterior security cameras are in place for safety
