The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children or friends, equipped with a Twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Inside, you will find a bright, welcoming living area with a large smart TV and a sleek, modern kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large fridge. For entertainment, the game area features a foosball table, an arcade game, and a game console. Located in a peaceful retreat away from city noise, the property is conveniently positioned near the Poconos' best attractions. You are just 15-20 minutes from Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski Resorts, 20 minutes from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and 25 minutes from Camelback Mountain. A car is required for access to the community.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that mandatory Arrowhead Lake Community HOA fees (Temporary Membership, Gate Pass, and Administration Fee) are not included in the booking price and must be paid online at least 3 days before arrival to avoid a $100 late fee. To protect local wildlife, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure and taken to the community Trash Center. Guests have access to the entire home, excluding owner closets, one supply shed, and a locked crawlspace; exterior security cameras are in use for safety.
