Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. House rules include quiet hours from 10pm-7am (take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway!), strict no smoking and no pets policy. A $300 fine applies for violations. No firearms permitted on the property. The property features exterior security cameras for safety, and NoiseAware technology to ensure peaceful stays for everyone.
