This property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-pets policy; pets include, but are not limited to, cats, zebras, and livestock. Additionally, no firearms are permitted on the property. A $300 fine will be assessed for violations of these rules. For guest safety and security, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell or external camera and NoiseAware technology to monitor volume levels. Your privacy is respected, and no indoor cameras are present.
