Important Guest Information Please note that mandatory HOA registration fees apply (not included in booking): $8.50 per person per day in-season, $2.00 off-season, plus $20 per vehicle and $20 processing fee. The primary renter must be 25+ and present for the entire stay. Registration must be completed 3 days prior to arrival to avoid $100 late fee. Same-day bookings cannot be accepted due to community registration requirements. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, no pets allowed, and gated entry requires printed vehicle registration and valid driver's license. Rental agreement and HOA agreement signatures are required post-booking.
