The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Maximum occupancy of the vacation rental is 9 people including day guests (Local Ordinance). All properties are non-smoking. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by not making excessive noise or engaging in boisterous behavior. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be always kept to a respectful minimum. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 10PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times. (Local Ordinance) Up to 2 dogs are allowed with written notice. No dogs are allowed on the furniture at any times. Failure to do so may result in and extra charge for cleaning. Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise are strictly prohibited. If the neighbors are disturbed, StayDream Inc. reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund. All guests must abide by the posted pool and/or hot tub rules. No glass may be used near dock. Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight in the property. All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter. Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting. Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home. No camper trailers or tents allowed. Fireworks and floating lanterns are prohibited. All trash must be taken out and placed in the bins outside and secure the bear straps. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $1000 fine. Photo ID will be required post booking. Guests must remain within the property boundaries at all times, including pets and visitors. Entering or using neighboring properties or neighboring assets is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this rule constitutes trespassing and may result in immediate eviction without refund, as well as potential liability for any damages or complaints incurred. After booking, guests must complete quick verification steps before check-in info is released: ID verification via Truvi (skip if already verified on your booking platform), Terms & Conditions acknowledgment, Pre Arrival Form. Once the above steps are completed, your check-in instructions will be sent 2 days prior to your arrival. If last minute booking, instructions are sent immediately upon completion. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10PM-8AM. (Local Ordinance). Respect the neighborhood. This is a quiet residential community, not a party destination. Please be courteous to neighbors at all times by keeping voices, music, and outdoor activities at respectful levels. Any conduct that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited illegal drugs, profanity, aggressive behavior. Drones are strictly prohibited. Out of respect for our neighbors' privacy, guests may not launch, land, or operate drones anywhere on or around the property or over neighboring homes, docks, yards, or the lake. Help protect the lake. Do not throw bottles, cans, cigarette butts, fishing line, or any other trash into the lake or surrounding property. All garbage must be disposed of properly. Swim, boat, kayak, canoe, paddleboard, and use all waterfront amenities at your own risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while near or in the water.

Life jackets are strongly recommended while swimming and are required for all guests using kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, rowboats, or any other watercraft. No swimming, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, canoeing, or any lake activities are permitted after dark or before sunrise.

Never operate any watercraft or swim while under the influence of any impairing substance.

No diving from the dock or shoreline. Water depths fluctuate and underwater hazards may exist.

Be aware of changing weather conditions. Exit the lake immediately if lightning, thunder, high winds, or severe weather develops.

Only confident swimmers should enter the lake. Guests should never swim alone.

Respect other boaters, swimmers, anglers, and neighboring docks.

Do not overload kayaks, paddleboards, canoes, or boats beyond their intended capacity. Inspect all equipment before use and immediately report any damaged or unsafe equipment. Leave the lake cleaner than you found it. Dispose of all trash properly and never leave fishing line, hooks, bottles, cans, or other debris behind.

Failure to comply with these Waterfront & Lake Safety Rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may subject Guest to liability for any resulting damages, fines, or injuries.
