This spacious chalet accommodates up to 12 guests across five thoughtfully designed bedrooms with five comfortable beds. The bottom level features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and includes 2 full bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The main level offers 2 bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other with a king bed—sharing 1 full bathroom. The loft level provides a private enclosed bedroom with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and its own ensuite full bathroom, offering both comfort and privacy.

This exclusive beach is only open to community residents and registered guests.

Important Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Pet fee is $150 per pet (50 lbs and under). Early check-in and late checkout available for $50/hour. Please note: no garbage disposal in kitchen sink, outdoor lights must be off by 11 PM per HOA rules, winter months may require 4WD/AWD for safe access, and hot tub use is at your own risk. Beach and hot tub towels are not provided—please bring your own.
