No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises, including the balconies; violations result in a $500 fine and eviction. No pets are allowed, with a $500 fee if pet remnants are found. Additionally, the minimum rental age is 25 years. Please note that no loud noise is permitted after 10 PM ($50 fee if security is called), and grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs are prohibited. Please be aware that the Embassy Suite's pool and Splash Park are not included. A $500 security deposit is required.
