• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• A $500 refundable security bond is required for all bookings and must be received before key collection instructions are provided.
• No linen is provided unless stated otherwise; however, linen can be hired through Victor Linen.
• Porta cots and high chairs are available for hire through Elders Goolwa.
• Pets are not allowed.
• We do not accept Schoolies bookings or group bookings of guests under 25.
• Strict NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy is in place.
• Please respect the neighbors and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.
• Guests are kindly asked to remove all excess rubbish upon departure.
• Please report any maintenance or cleaning issues upon arrival.
