Immerse yourself in a truly authentic vacation experience at The OG Tchoup House, located in the Uptown District on Tchoupitoulas Street, one of New Orleans' newest hotspots. This large home offers a blend of security and ultimate privacy, making it the perfect base to explore the city and eat like a local.

Designed for groups and families, the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout includes a Master Suite with a full bath, private entrance, and a kitchenette that opens to the back porch and courtyard. Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen bedroom with a private bathroom, a double bedroom, and a unique queen loft. This loft opens onto a large rooftop deck with French doors, offering views of the city skyline and the parade route during Carnival time—perfect for cocktails and listening to the nearby sounds of Tipitina’s.

Inside, the home is designed for entertainment and leisure. You will find a living room equipped with a TV, pool table, and sound system, as well as an open-concept music room featuring a piano and jukebox. The well-appointed kitchen flows into a combined dining space, ideal for preparing meals before heading outdoors. The exterior is a standout feature, boasting a courtyard with rocking chairs, an outdoor bar, and a large rain-proof pergola with wrap-around bench seating specifically designed for BBQ’s and seafood boils.

Located just steps from the iconic live music venue Tipitina’s, guests can avoid the tourist traps of the Quarter and instead walk to World Famous Magazine Street to explore boutiques, art galleries, and vintage shops. The neighborhood is a culinary destination, with everything from Ramen at Nomiya and Mediterranean fare at Shaya or Saj to classic dinners at Pascals Manale and Superior Seafood and Oyster Bar. For late-night revelry, the iconic 24-hour bar Ms. Mae’s is within stumbling distance.
