Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old. Guests must complete a verification process and sign an agreement prior to receiving check-in details. A valid credit card and ID are required; peer-to-peer payment systems and prepaid cards are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the home requires climbing a few steps from street level and has stairs to access upper floors. For safety and local compliance, the property uses exterior-only video recording at entry points and a NoiseAware decibel monitoring system. Packages cannot be received by the host.
