About Property

Welcome to The Sycamore Suites, a beautifully renovated retreat designed for groups of up to 10 guests, located just steps from Journeyman Distillery and the very best of Three Oaks, Michigan. This thoughtfully updated property blends modern convenience with a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring your group can feel right at home while exploring the area.

The property is uniquely structured as two separate units (A and B) within one building. This listing provides full access to the entire property, seamlessly connecting both sides to provide a sprawling layout with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

Unit B serves as a central hub, featuring a spacious dining area with a farmhouse style table that seats five. The beautiful new kitchen boasts quartz countertops, eye-catching blue cabinets, and brand new stainless steel appliances. This unit includes a lower-level bedroom with a trundle bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area is designed for relaxation with a large sectional, a love seat, and a smart TV with streaming capabilities. Upstairs via a spiral staircase, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and a full en-suite bathroom featuring gold fixtures and veined large format wall tiles, along with a second bedroom featuring a queen bed.

Unit A, accessible via a dividing door, offers its own living space with a sofa and smart TV. The newly updated kitchen here is equally impressive, featuring quartz countertops, elegant grey cabinets, and brand new stainless steel appliances, accompanied by a convenient half bathroom. The second floor houses two more bedrooms—a primary with a king bed and a second with a queen bed—along with a newly updated full bathroom featuring ample countertop space and a large mirror. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in this bathroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, with Unit A's private back porch and an enclosed back porch in Unit B that overlooks the backyard deck and cozy fire-pit area.
