This home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, providing a comfortable layout that can accommodate up to 6 guests. For those requiring additional sleeping arrangements, an air mattress can be provided upon request for a fee of $140; please notify us during the booking process if this is needed.

Key room details include ceiling fans in all bedrooms and a dedicated air conditioning unit located in the living room to keep you cool during your visit.

Location & Neighborhood Ideally situated for both business travelers and tourists, the property is centrally located to help you explore our wonderful city. You are just a 5-minute walk from Redfern Station and a quick 3-minute stroll to Redfern Park, putting the best of Redfern and Inner Sydney right at your doorstep.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Strictly no-smoking property. A $500 fine may be issued if ash, butts, or cigarette smells are found by cleaners.
• Events: No parties or events permitted
• Visitors: Only booked guests are permitted on-site. Written permission is required for any additional day visitors.
• Noise & Conduct: As this is a domestic residence, we ask for minimal noise in common areas, especially after 9 PM. Loitering in front of the building or in common areas is prohibited.
• Keys: Only one set of keys is provided per stay.
• Security: A Pre-Authority form is used as security for your stay, and a Short Term Rental Agreement is required upon booking per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW.
• Date Changes: Requests to change dates must be made more than one month before check-in, are subject to approval, and may incur a surcharge.

Important Notice: Building works will occur from September 2025 to March 2026. Scaffolding will be installed in sections at the front of the building, which should not cause significant disruption. Additionally, exterior apartment doors and frames will be painted starting Monday, September 15; workers may briefly request entry to complete this painting.
