The home is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a king bed and a TV, complemented by an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, and guests have access to a second bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Inside, you will find a modern living space centered around cozy seating and a Smart TV. The recently renovated kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for homemade meals, accompanied by a dining table that seats four and additional counter seating. A bright sunroom serves as the highlight of the interior, featuring large sliders that open directly onto the pool deck. For added convenience, the garage houses a washer and dryer as well as a Pack N Play for little ones.

Outdoor living is where Casa Clara truly shines. You can start your day with a refreshing swim in the heated pool or relax on the lounges while taking in the waterfront views. For those heading to the coast, beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for use at the nearby Yacht Club Beach.

Located in a prime area of Cape Coral, the home is just a 10-minute bike ride from the Yacht Club Beach area. You are also within biking or walking distance to local restaurants, nightlife, and a weekly farmer's market. Two bicycles are stored in the garage for guest use, though they are not part of the formal rental agreement.
