Designed for families, friends, or any large group, this spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Each of the four bedrooms provides a king bed and the convenience of an ensuite bathroom; two of these ensuites feature a shower only, while the others offer a tub/shower combo. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. The interior is thoughtfully appointed with a 65” TV in the living area and 55" TVs in the bedrooms, all equipped with streaming abilities.

The property sits on a streetcar line, making it easy to reach City Park and the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. For those arriving by car, while the property does not offer on-site parking, the Park First Saratoga Garage and a ParkMobile surface lot are located directly below the building.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed (max 2) for an additional fee of $135/stay. A pet relief area is located on the 9th floor.
• Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside units (state-of-the-art alarms installed). A designated vaping area is available on the 9th floor.
• Requirements: Guests must be 21+ to book. Local residents are not accepted. A signed Rental Agreement is required to confirm reservations.
• Additional Options: Early check-in (12pm or 2pm) and late check-out (12pm) are available for additional fees. Luggage storage is not provided.
