Additional rules
No Parties/Smoking/vaping or illegal drug usage of any kind (inside/outside). This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest.

Quiet time: 10 pm to 10 am. As per Palm Springs city wide ordinance, outdoor music is not allowed. For inside music, we just ask that loud music not be heard beyond the perimeter of the property.

Pets disclosed at the time of booking are welcome, but please use the sheet provided before pets sit on any furniture.

Please pickup after your pets/service animals. For any mess left behind by pet/service animal, there will be an extra cleanup fee of $100.

No glass in/around pool.

Registered guests only allowed at the property.

Cars parked in and around the property cannot exceed 4.

The minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 8 (regardless of age).

Check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Early check-in may be available, and we can only confirm a day before the arrival if that is feasible. Please ask us if interested.

There will be no refunds given for pool heat issues that are beyond the host's control. We maintain the equipment to the best of our ability, and incase of any issue, we would work on a fix asap.

Security damage deposit hold : $500 collected separately by the property via OwnerRez.

As per the City of Palm Springs requirement, video check in would be done for this property via Ring or Videocall.

The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract and a copy of a government ID to be uploaded, a request for which will be sent after the booking. Booking will be considered complete only after the written contract/rental agreement is signed by all the adult guests and security deposit has been put on hold. Unfortunately, if the contract is not signed within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled.

If we receive any citation/fine from the city because of the guests not following any of the above mentioned rules, the fine(whatever the amount city levies) will be paid by the guest in addition to the $500 fine for the citation.

Disclaimer: This property has outdoor camera at top of garage door, facing the driveway. It is monitored & recorded. There is a Ring Video doorbell & a camera on front door-Monitor/recorded. The Minut noise monitoring device installed in the hallway. It does not record but will send text message to guests to communicate. Camera in backyard if any is always turned off while guests are at the property.
