For added versatility, there is a bonus 4th room that can serve as a quiet space for work, studying, watching TV, or as an extra sleeping area utilizing an air mattress.

Guests can enjoy the heated pool, a soothing hot tub, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining table, along with dedicated grass space perfect for a game of cornhole.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Renter must be 25+ years old
• Government-issued ID must be submitted per City Ordinance prior to access
• No smoking inside the home
• No outdoor music; doors must remain closed when playing music indoors
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 10 AM

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (no cats). Up to 2 dogs per stay are permitted with the following fees:

• 2-20 nights: $89 per dog per stay
• 21+ nights: $199 per dog per stay Guests must pick up after pets in the yard. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fee.

Pool & Hot Tub Details: Pool heating is optional and available upon request. Rates are $75/night (Nov-Mar) and $50/night (Apr, May, Oct). For stays under 7 nights, heating must be purchased for the entire duration. The hot tub is complimentary and can be activated via remote control.
