The large backyard pool will give you the feeling of being in your own private park boasting plenty of lush green grass, beautiful trees, privacy, and lots of room to socialize. Fully hedged and walled, a large patio area surrounds the pool and provides a fully shaded outdoor dining area. When you work up an appetite, head into the well-equipped retro kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and whip up any recipe with ease. There is also a gas grill, conveniently located right off the kitchen. Settling down will be a breeze as well, as the spacious living area awaits with plush furnishings and a TV - the best setup for a movie or game night.

Just under three miles from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll love exploring the various downtown shops, golf, dining, theaters, and entertainment nearby! Check out some of the famed restaurants on Palm Canyon Drive such as Workshop Kitchen, Cheeky’s, Farm, Rooster, and the Pig (takeout only). If hiking is on the agenda, make your way to Tahquitz Canyon (one-and-a-half miles west) or Indian Canyons (three miles south).

THINGS TO KNOW Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 am to 10 pm.
