Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please be aware of the following house rules and policies:

• Minimum rental period: 14 nights
• Renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Pets are not allowed (a $500 fine applies for unauthorized pets)
• No smoking is permitted inside the home, on the porch, or anywhere within the Deauville community
• Strict quiet hours outside from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• No outdoor music; doors must remain closed when playing music inside the house
• Guests are required to sign a Terms and Conditions form and provide a copy of their ID prior to arrival

Additionally, for stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500 per month summer utility surcharge applies to cover additional cooling costs during the heat of the season. This fee is requested prior to arrival and is not included in the initial booking amount.
