This stunning retreat features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two King beds and one Queen bed, with two of the bedrooms offering the convenience of en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there is a den that serves as an office and includes a small futon chair that converts into a small bed, making it an ideal space for children.

The interior is defined by an open-concept layout and vibrant, tropical decor. The bright and airy living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. For a touch of indulgence, the spacious primary suite boasts a beautifully designed shower and a standalone soaking tub for a spa-like experience.

Outside, the fully fenced backyard provides complete seclusion. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Maximum Occupancy: 6 guests (two additional children 12 years or younger permitted)
• Parking: Maximum of 3 cars permitted
• Pets: Allowed (max 2 pets) with a fee of $150 per stay
• Pool Heating: Optional at $75/day for the entire duration of the stay
• Restrictions: No smoking on the premises; no outdoor music or excessive noise of any kind
• Wallpaper: Do not place banners, tape, or adhesives on the wallpaper; damages will result in additional charges

City Ordinance Requirements:

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age
• Government-issued I.D. must be provided prior to check-in
• Signed short-term rental agreement required
• All adult occupants must sign confirmation of reading the Good Neighbor Brochure
