A separate hallway leads to two additional bedrooms: one furnished with a queen bed and a closet, and another with a twin bed. Guests have access to a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower with a hand held shower head, as well as a convenient half bath located in the basement.

Designed for both relaxation and socializing, the interior features an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. For additional space, the full basement offers a versatile area with a sofa, TV, and a table and chairs, along with laundry facilities. The exterior of the property is a true highlight, serving as your own oasis where you can enjoy lazy days in the backyard complete with a hot tub and fire pit.

Located in a prime area, the property is just a short drive to the Indiana Dunes National Park and is conveniently situated near the beach, Blue Chip Casino, Washington Park Zoo, and the Outlet Mall. You will find numerous local restaurants and shopping options just minutes away, making it an easy drive to either Data Center for those traveling for work.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Entry is simplified via a keypad at the front door. Please note that pets are allowed. To ensure a seamless stay, guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and sign the rental conditions prior to arrival.
