About Property

Welcome to Casa Cactus, an iconic midcentury modern escape nestled in the coveted Deepwell Estates of South Palm Springs. This stylish sanctuary is where guests come to unwind and experience a cinematic lifestyle, where floor-to-ceiling glass frames dramatic San Jacinto mountain views and sunlight pours into every room for an effortless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The home is thoughtfully configured with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed in the primary suite and three queen beds across the remaining bedrooms. The primary suite serves as a private retreat with stunning garden and pool views, an Eames lounge chair, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath. Two additional queen bedrooms feature en-suite baths and private entry to the pool or garden, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed and a dedicated workspace.

Inside, the home unfolds like a modern-day lounge, featuring a sunken wet-bar and cozy swivel chairs. The bright and spacious chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and provides easy access to the outdoor dining patio. For entertainment or remote work, a separate den provides a second living room equipped with a 75” TV and a digital printer.

Step outside into a very private resort-style yard anchored by a sleek “space capsule” saltwater pool. You can lounge under swaying palms, enjoy fresh citrus picked right from the yard, or gather at the al fresco dining terrace. As the mountains glow pink at sunset, the fire pit creates a magical nighttime retreat perfect for stargazing and cocktails.
