The home is designed with a thoughtful layout to maximize comfort for up to 7 guests. The first floor features a traditional open floor plan encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with a TV for entertainment. This level also includes a full bathroom with a shower stall and a convenient washer and dryer. On the second floor, you will find a bedroom with a Queen bed, another bedroom containing a Twin bed and a Pyramid bed (Double on bottom and Twin on top), and a cozy alcove equipped with a futon and a second TV. A second bathroom with a tub and shower serves the upper level.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, offering multiple ways to unwind. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the covered porch, the spacious screened porch, or the covered ground-level deck. For those returning from the beach, the exterior is well-equipped with a hot/cold outdoor shower and a fish cleaning station. Additional outdoor amenities include a gas grill, a picnic table, and covered parking.

Located in the heart of Ocracoke, Jett's House is ideally situated for a convenient walk or bike ride to local shops and restaurants, allowing you to experience the island's unique charm with ease.

• Pet Policy: Dogs only; limited to 2 dogs. The owner prefers dogs under 30 lbs.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No partial week stays.
• Starter Kit: A basic kit is provided (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, small dish soap, trash bags, and small bars of soap). Guests should bring additional supplies or purchase them at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
