The primary suite features a king bed with en suite bath and direct pool access, while the detached casita provides a king bed with en suite bath and private pool access. Three additional guest rooms each offer queen beds with shared hall bathrooms. All bedrooms are outfitted with plush hotel-quality mattresses and generous storage, with TVs in four of the five bedrooms.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Pool heating is available seasonally for an additional fee (November-March: $75/night, April/May/October: $50/night). The hot tub can be activated anytime at no extra charge using the remote control. Dog fees apply at $89 per dog per stay for stays 2-20 nights, or $199 per dog for stays of 21+ nights. Dogs only - no other pets permitted.

Important policies include no outdoor music, quiet hours from 10pm-10am, no smoking inside, and renters must be 25+ years old. A summer utility surcharge of $750/month applies to stays of 29+ nights between June 1st and September 31st.
