The sleeping arrangements are designed for ultimate comfort, with two upstairs bedrooms featuring brand new memory foam mattresses. The first bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second provides a queen-size bed; both are ensuite with full bathrooms and private balconies boasting mega mountain views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and surrounding golf courses. For added convenience, an additional half-bathroom is located downstairs off the living room.

Inside, the home is thoughtfully appointed for a high-end experience. The living room serves as a cozy hub with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV equipped with AppleTV for streaming your favorite apps. Guests can enjoy a meal in the Ethan Allen furnished dining area or prepare gourmet dishes in the well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. For convenience, a washer and dryer are available in-home.

• Please note: Guests have access to the two tennis villa pools and hot tubs, but do not have access to the Resort's main pool, fitness center, room service, or daily housekeeping.
• Per City of La Quinta laws, a 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District Tax (TBID) are collected for stays under 28 days.
