Layout & Sleeping Arrangements This expansive home features 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating guests with a total of 7 beds. The primary suite offers a king bed and the convenience of an ensuite master bathroom. The remaining 6 bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and all bedrooms are equipped with brand-new memory foam mattresses for maximum comfort. For additional flexibility, the living room includes two full-sized sofa beds.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the heart of the desert, Nightfall provides easy access to the stunning landscapes of Joshua Tree National Park, as well as local restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. A car is recommended to explore the surrounding high-desert terrain.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To ensure the home remains in great condition, please note the following policies:

• Pets: Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet, per stay. Pets are not permitted in the pool or spa.
• Pool Heating: Available upon request (one day notice required) for $180/day (May-Oct) or $250/day (Nov-Apr).
• Plumbing: The home uses a septic system; only toilet paper may be flushed. Misuse may result in a $200 repair fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking (including e-cigarettes) inside or within 15 feet of doors. Parties, events, and unregistered guests are strictly prohibited.
• Safety: Four exterior security cameras monitor the entrances. Please be mindful of desert wildlife and cactus when outdoors.
