The home is thoughtfully configured with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 5 bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for up to 11 guests. Each of the separate bedrooms opens directly onto a central courtyard area, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh coastal air as they move between spaces.

While the property offers a serene escape, please note that there are no general amenities listed for this home, and there is no TV available, encouraging guests to disconnect and embrace the natural beauty of the surroundings. Highlights of the property include:

Located in the heart of Arniston, guests are just a short distance from the town's renowned coastline and scenic vistas. The property offers a genuine sense of place, blending residential comfort with the rugged charm of the Western Cape.

To ensure a smooth stay, please review the following practical information and house rules:

Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Access is managed via a lockbox located at the management office; guests must collect keys and directions from the office before heading to the property. Instructions will be sent via email and mobile message prior to arrival.

This is a fully self-catering home. The hosts provide bed linen, bath towels, extra blankets, a braai grid, a small amount of dish soap, hand soap, two refuse bags, two dishwasher tablets, two toilet rolls per bathroom, and one rechargeable light for load shedding. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels, firewood, firelighters, additional toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, and all food and beverage provisions. Due to the local septic tank system, please use only single-ply toilet paper.

Certain areas remain private, including one locked storeroom containing the washing machine, the upstairs room in the older section of the house, and a few locked owner cupboards. Pets are welcome to join you on your retreat.
