Please note that bed formation cannot be changed.

Practical Information: Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed. There is a strict policy of no stag parties. To respect the neighbors, outside areas must not be used after 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests are asked to wash dishes and dispose of garbage before departure. Please be aware that as a listed building, the original staircase banisters should not be subjected to excessive force, and the property has gated access to the shallow duck pond at the front.
