The sleeping arrangements include a Grand Primary Suite with a king bed, direct pool access, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath featuring a deep tub and walk-in shower. A second Primary Suite offers a queen bed, a private patio, and its own en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom provides a comfortable queen bed with an adjacent full bath located across the hall.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• No smoking inside the home
• No outdoor music; doors must remain closed when playing music indoors
• Strict quiet hours outside from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• Guests must sign a Terms and Conditions form and provide a copy of their ID prior to arrival

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome (up to 2 per stay). A fee of $89 per dog applies for stays between 2-20 nights, and $200 per dog for stays of 21 nights or more. Please note the home is not feline friendly. Undisclosed pets will incur a $500 fee.

Additional Fees:

• Pool Heating: Available upon request. Rates are $75/night (Nov-Mar) and $50/night (Apr, May, Oct). For stays under 7 nights, heating must be purchased for the entire duration.
• Utility Surcharge: For stays of 28+ nights between June 1st and September 30th, a $750/month surcharge applies.
