• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Documentation: A written contract, government-issued ID, and license plate numbers for all vehicles are required per city ordinance.
• Noise Policy: Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible from the property line. Daytime noise (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) must be reasonable. Guests are responsible for any city ordinance fines.
• Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $75 per stay; cats are not permitted.
• Pool Heating: Available for an additional $99 per night (2-night minimum), requested 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: 100% refund within 48 hours of booking; 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before check-in. No refunds within 30 days. No cancellations allowed during holiday or special event weekends.
