Designed for large groups and family gatherings, the estate features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and generous: the primary bedroom offers a king bed and a twin trundle bed; Guest Bedroom #1 and #2 each provide two queen beds; Guest Bedroom #3 features one queen bed; and Guest Bedroom #4 includes two twin beds. Additionally, a dedicated yoga studio serves as an extra sleeping space with a twin trundle bed and two twin rollaway beds.

Inside, the home celebrates midcentury design with original architectural details, including wood beams, stunning arches, tall ceilings, and original tilework. The expansive living room is an inviting hub for connection, featuring a record player, piano, and a built-in bar with an iconic Frank Sinatra mural. The generously sized kitchen pairs vintage tilework and original cabinetry with modern appliances, flowing into a formal dining area that seats 12 guests.
