The right wing houses a spacious primary zen room with a king size bed, smart TV, a desk, and a large en suite featuring a double vanity, walk-in closet, and a large shower. The left wing contains the blue room, offering a queen bed and garden views of palm trees and a hammock, and the orange room, which includes a queen bed, a reading area, and garden views.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows capture the natural beauty of the mountain and desert scape, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly. The home is equipped for entertainment and relaxation:

• Indoor: Pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games, chess, and books
• Outdoor: Pool and spa, 30-foot bocce ball court, grassy area, ladder toss, giant connect 4, and corn hole

Located just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, guests can easily explore the city via ride-share, the BUZZ trolley, or bike rentals.

Practical details and house rules are strictly enforced to maintain the peace of this quiet community. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Parking is limited to 4 spots in the driveway and 1 spot by the metal fence; street parking is absolutely prohibited. This property is pet-friendly with a $200 deposit ($150 refundable). Please note that outdoor music is limited to cell phone or laptop levels with no speakers allowed; quiet hours begin strictly at 10:00 PM. Pool and spa heating are available on demand for an additional daily fee and require 24-hour advance notice.
