About Property

Discover a stay steeped in Nashville roots at this peaceful villa, nestled on 11 scenic acres in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. This historic home offers the best of both worlds: a quiet, private sanctuary surrounded by nature, yet providing quick access to the vibrant energy, shopping, dining, and live music of downtown Nashville.

For music lovers, this property holds a unique legacy, as the structure is believed to include Brenda Lee’s childhood home, which was relocated here decades ago. Inside, you will find memorabilia and décor celebrating her legendary career, allowing guests to connect with the city's musical heritage.

The villa is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds (both king-sized), and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. For additional sleeping space, the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa and comfy seating for five, while the dining table seats six.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the property features a wealth of room-specific details and outdoor experiences. Guests can relax in the private hot tub, sunroom, and on the deck, or gather around the firepit. The grounds include a swing and play area, a wooded trail, and a small creek. For entertainment, guests have access to a shared pool (open April–Sept) and a game room equipped with an arcade, pool table, and air hockey.

Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig. The home also provides a washer/dryer, a work desk, and strong Wi-Fi. For a truly personalized experience, the 4x Airbnb Superhost offers concierge services and an on-site shop with fun extras like s’mores kits and Nerf rentals.

Located in the historic Magnolia Station neighborhood, the home is just 2 miles from I-65 and 10 minutes from Rivergate Mall. You are only 4 miles from the antique stores and cafés of old-town Goodlettsville and roughly 20–30 minutes from Broadway.
