Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance any time day or night, or loud enough inside to be heard outside. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds. You may only have one car per bedroom at any time. The city could impose a $500 fine for excessive vehicles.

Occupants not to exceed two persons per bedroom.

You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older.

You are required to sign our Occupancy Agreement within 48 hours of booking.

You are required to provide a copy of a government ID within 48 hours of booking.

Pool Heat (Oct 1 – Jun 1): $89/night + activation fee and applicable taxes. Discounts available for stays of 7+ nights.

Additional $100 Pet Fee Required for pet-friendly homes. Small to medium dogs only - no cats.

All home rentals that exceed 28 nights will require a utility deposit. This must be collected prior to arrival.

All of our homes are non-smoking. If it is reported that there was smoking i.e. cigarettes, vapes or marijuana in the home, you will forfeit your full security deposit or be charged an additional $500 if no security deposit was collected.

Excessive cleaning will require an additional amount to be paid. Excessive cleaning includes, but are not limited to – excessive laundry, too much trash, finger prints on window, busted water balloons left on concrete or grass, discarded sunflower seeds, to name a few.

We cannot be held responsible for windy conditions or high wind warnings that can cause dirt and leaves in pools or on pool decks.

This rented property is privately owned. You agree to indemnify Poppy, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind.
