An attic bedroom provides a restful night's sleep with a king-size bed and its own ensuite shower room. For added flexibility, a self-contained annexe is available, featuring a king-size bed, a double sofa bed, a tea-making area, and an ensuite shower room.

The heart of the home is a beautiful open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Bi-fold doors open to breathtaking views of the South Downs, while the dining table comfortably seats 12 for shared gatherings. A separate sitting room offers three inviting sofas and a rocking chair, centered around a cosy log burner for cooler months.
