Outdoor adventures are easily accessible, with Tahquitz Canyon hiking just three miles south and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway six miles west, alongside the region's famous world-class golf courses.

• Noise Policy: Outdoor music is strictly prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible from the property line. Reasonable people noise is permitted between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
