Please be aware that Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community regarding parking policies. If a parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply based on the length of the stay: 1-2 nights ($20), 3-7 nights ($35), 8-14 nights ($50), 15-30 nights ($75), and 31-180 nights ($100).
