The primary suite, located off the living room, offers a king-sized bed, TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, TV, and its own en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom features two twin beds and has access to a third bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. For an extra layer of seclusion, guests can retreat to the private casita, a separate guest house offering a king-sized bed, TV, and immediate proximity to the firepit.

The magical backyard is an entertainer’s dream, featuring expansive glass walls that open to a private yard framed by a mature ficus wall for total privacy. Guests can enjoy an oversized pool, a spa with a tanning shelf, a raised firepit, and a custom pergola outdoor kitchen while taking in breathtaking western views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Located in Palm Springs, California, the home is just a 5-minute drive from the new Palm Springs Surf Club. Please note that due to the proximity to the golf course, golf balls may occasionally land in the backyard.

• Maximum Occupancy: 8 adults (plus up to 2 children 12 years or younger)
• Parking: Maximum 4 cars permitted
• Pets: Up to 2 pets allowed ($150 fee); must be leashed and kept from barking
• Pool Heating: Optional at $75 per night for the entire stay
• Restrictions: No smoking, no outdoor music, and no excessive noise
• City Ordinances: Primary renter must be 25+, provide government ID, and sign a rental agreement. All adults must sign the Good Neighbor Brochure. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. Only painters tape is allowed on walls; confetti and glitter are strictly prohibited.
