• Non-smoking complex: Smoking (including cigarettes, vaping, cigars, or pipes) is prohibited indoors and on balconies. Violation results in a $500 fine and eviction.
• No pets allowed: A $500 fee applies if pets or pet remnants are found.
• Quiet hours: No loud noise after 10 PM; a $50 fee applies if security is called.
• Minimum rental age is 21 years.
• No grilling, trailers, campers, or RVs permitted.
• A $300 security deposit is required.
