The home is thoughtfully arranged to maximize its lakeside location. On the main level, the living room serves as a cozy gathering space year-round, centered around a wood stove and framed by expansive windows. The main floor also hosts a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with seating for four, providing seamless access to a large covered deck overlooking the water. For sleeping arrangements, the main level features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and double glass doors that open directly onto a covered patio. Upstairs, the cabin transitions into a flexible loft-style layout with three separate sleeping spaces. This open-concept area includes two sleeping spaces with full beds and a central loft area featuring a twin sofa bed. Please note that these upstairs spaces are separate but not fully enclosed bedrooms with doors. A full bathroom with a shower and tub combo is located on the main level.

Step outside to discover a truly unique experience with your own private sandy beach and a private dock complete with lakeside seating. From here, guests can enjoy swimming, sunbathing, boating, and fishing directly from the property.

For winter sports enthusiasts, Brundage Mountain Idaho Ski Resort is just 9 miles away. Nearby towns like Donnelly and Cascade offer additional resorts and lakeside relaxation.

Practical information includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. No smoking is permitted, and pets are not allowed. Please note that the washer and dryer are currently non-operational, and there is no dishwasher in the kitchen. Parking is limited to two vehicles in the driveway; the property is not suitable for trailers. As this home is situated in a natural mountain environment, wildlife and insects may occasionally be present.
