This end-unit townhome is bathed in sunlight and evokes the charm of historic luxury with its saltillo pavers and abundance of hand-painted talavera tile. The interior is custom decorated with original art, vintage photographs, and artisan-crafted furnishings. The Great Room impresses with a soaring vaulted ceiling, a tiled hearth with a gas fireplace, and stunning mountain views from the dining area. Both the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated, preserving a playful hacienda aesthetic while offering modern convenience.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 8 guests:

• Primary Suite: One King bed, one Full sleeper sofa (suitable for children), an ensuite bath, a cozy fireplace, and a dedicated patio area.
• Bedroom 2: Two Twin beds with mountain views.
• Bedroom 3: One Queen bed with mountain views. Each bedroom is designed with enough space to accommodate a mini crib.

For those who love to entertain, the home features a fully stocked kitchen, a patio grill, and a dining table that seats six. Outside, coordinating tables and chairs can seat up to eight across three distinct patio areas—perfect for a morning coffee or a pitcher of margaritas. Classic film aficionados will love the view of La Casa (Greta Garbo’s winter hideaway) and the proximity to the Dorothy Arzner and Frank Capra suites.

Family-friendly conveniences abound, including a Babyletto Origami mini crib, an Ingenuity feeding/booster seat, a Mountain Buggy Nano stroller, children’s dishware, and various toys and sports equipment. Please note that while the home is family-friendly, it is not child-proofed.

Located within the Santa Rosa Cove community, guests have access to 9 pools with hot tubs and three tennis courts, with the nearest pool just a 30-second walk away. While specific guest privileges at the La Quinta Resort (such as room service or fitness centers) are not included, the resort's public restaurants, Spa La Quinta, and golf courses are all moments away. Old Town La Quinta's quaint shops and Sunday Farmer's Market are also within a leisurely stroll.
