- Pets: Allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per stay (restrictions apply to furniture/beds)
- Pool Heating: Available upon request (24hr notice). May-Sept: $95/night; Oct-April: $150/night. Spa is heated for free.
- Rules: No parties, no smoking, and no food/drink in bedrooms. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Important: Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Late check-outs without agreement are $100 per hour.

We love dogs but please, 2 max. Pre-authorization required (pet fee paid) and pets must be supervised and not left unattended. Guests are responsible for keeping their pets on a leash around the property and picking up after their pets. Pets not allowed on furniture and beds. Any damages caused by the pets and/or dog hair on linens/blankets will be the responsibility of the guest. (No other animals allowed)
Ample parking is provided in driveway, please utilize the spaces on property rather than the street. Per the San Bernardino County STR Ordinance there is a max of 3 cars allowed at the home.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
Late Checkout Please check with us to see if we are able to accommodate a late checkout. Guest checking out later than 11:00am without a prior agreement, will be subject to an additional cost of $100 per hour.
Commercial filming and photography only allowed with prior consent. Insurance (both workers’ compensation and general liability coverages) and permits required. Location fee does apply
Pool heat (We require at least 24 hours notice before arrival): · May- September $90/night (all nights required) Pool heat generally not needed June-September · October-April $150/night (all nights required) · Spa is heated at no charge
Pool Anyone under 18 needs his/her parent’s present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. No diving and no glass near the pool.. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests safety while using Pool.
—Spa/Jacuzzi Please shower before use. Please don’t put any liquid/solid soap into it, any extra cost occurring will be charged. The guests will take all liability and responsibility for your own safety while using the Spa.
LIABILITY WAIVER - By making your reservation you and the other members in your party as the guests agree to release the hosts from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that special risks may be involved with using the hot tub and pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising while on the property and hold owner harmless.
