• Upper Level: Bedroom 1 (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen), Bedroom 3 (Full), and Bedroom 4 (Full) with an adjacent kids playroom area.
• Garden Level: Bedroom 5 (Queen).
• Basement: Bedroom 6 featuring a Queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed with twin trundle, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.

This family-ready retreat is thoughtfully equipped to handle groups of all ages. The main level offers an open-concept living room with slate blue reclining sofas and a fully stocked kitchen featuring white shaker cabinets and quartz countertops. For those seeking a quieter retreat, the lower level provides a second living area with a large sectional and a Fisher wood-burning fireplace set against a real stone wall. Families will love the dedicated kids playroom with blue floors and an activity table, along with a provided pack-n-play and high chair.

• Pets: Dogs are welcome (max 2) for a mandatory fee of $100 per dog.
• Parking: Attached two-car garage, concrete driveway, and RV parking available.
• Policies: A signed Rental Agreement and a damage waiver or security deposit are required. To ensure the home is ready for the next guest, unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a fee of $20 per 30 minutes.
