**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the City:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
2. Primary renter is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract) and ALL guests are required to sign The City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations form. We will request emails for all adults staying in the home and send everyone an edoc to sign prior to check-in.
3. No more than 2 adults per bedroom are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 4 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental. However, we do not have additional beds/bedding.
4. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours.
5. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
6. NO music is permitted outside at any short term rental in the City of Palm Springs. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am. **These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist. A maximum of (2) well trained dogs are allowed. Your pup must be on a leash at all times when outside this property. Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Please make sure you pick up after your pet and properly dispose of the waste. Leaving any animal in a car is prohibited year around. Be sure to keep your dog indoors during scheduled maintenance (pool/trash/gardener). Pet Fee: $75 plus Lodging tax. Pool heating is $75 per night (3 night minimum), but completely optional. Highly recommended October-May. When requested, the pool will be set between 82-86 degrees for at least 12 hours per day. Spa heating is included in the nightly rate as long as the spa is turned off after each use. NO glass of any kind in the pool area. Stays over 28 nights are not subject to the 12.5% Lodging tax. Utility fees may be charged on monthly rentals based on the time of year. Please inquire about monthly bookings prior to confirming your reservation.
